If you need items removed from your storage unit, we load them and haul them away. If you plan to keep any items, please set them aside so we can focus on the junk removal portion.

Can you donate or recycle items from my unit?
We do our best to donate usable items and recycle qualifying materials. While not everything can be reused, our team sorts items as we load to minimize landfill waste whenever possible.
What items can't you take from storage units?
We do not accept hazardous waste of any kind, including wet paint, fuels such as gasoline, bleach, and cleaners, pressurized containers, car fluids (such as oil or antifreeze), pesticides, herbicides, biohazardous items, or anything with bedbugs.
Do you offer dumpster rental or moving services for storage units?
No. We are a full-service junk removal and hauling team and do not provide dumpster rentals or moving services. We load and haul away the items you no longer want from the unit.
Do I need to be on-site during the cleanout?
It helps, but it’s not required. If you are unable to meet us, please coordinate access with the storage facility and provide clear instructions for entry. We can share updates and photos and ensure your unit is cleared as requested.
